Our accountancy services:
Fixed fee for a year!
Payroll Base Fee is $90 per month for monthly runs. Filing payroll taxes included.
+$84 for Weekly Runs
+$30 for Bi-Weekly
+$25 for Semi-Monthly
Monthly Bookkeeping Base Fee is $200 per month. Includes financial statements.
+$100 Additional for three or more bank and/or credit card accounts.
Sales Tax and/or Mixed Beverage Reporting Base Fee is $50 per month.
+$15 Additional for multiple locations.
Tax Return Preparation Base Fee is $500.
+$10 Additional Form.
W-2 and 1099 preparation is $180 per ten.
+$50 Each additional ten.
Client accounts will be maintained with QuickBooks. Tax preparation with ProConnect Tax.

Six years later, I went on to the Oklahoma Tax Commission as an auditor in the Account Maintenance Department, where the taxpayers' accounts, such as income tax and sales tax, were maintained and reviewed for accuracy. Communicating with taxpayers was a big part of the process and that allowed me to take time to understand the taxpayer and help them, not just checkmark them off. After a much-needed hiatus, I re-entered the workforce with vigor. This time, on the other side, as I maintain around 30 clients' accounting, preparing financial statements, filing of sales and mixed beverage taxes, preparing 1099s and other bookkeeping duties. I've gained valuable insight from a special place. It is 2024 and things are blooming."
